English language lessons (A1 - C2)

Hello!

I am a graduate student pursuing medicine in Gdansk. I have had most of my schooling in English (as the medium of instruction). Also, I hold an IELTS certificate (academic version) passed at the highest level of proficiency (C2).

I offer English lessons, either online or offline (place is to be agreed individually).

My offer extends for anyone (of any level A1-C2):

- preparing for the Cambridge certificate or IELTS (I have done both of them)

- preparing for the Matura/8th grade exam/other school leaving examination

- looking for a partner to converse with in English so as to improve their speaking proficiency

- with difficulties understanding complex grammatical structures

- requires extra assistance with materials covered at school

- needs help writing high level essays, proofreading works in English etc. (I have done IB English literature, so I have a lot of experience writing academic level essays) (charges may differ though; TBA)

My method of teaching involves language immersion, which means I will not translate from Polish-English or vice versa. Rather, language of instruction will only be in English.

So, I would encourage understanding of English grammatical concepts or complex English vocabulary IN ENGLISH.

Although, it may be initially difficult to grasp some concepts/meanings without knowing the polish equivalent, this method with be much effective in language learning in the long term.
