Hello everyone! My name is Javier, and I am a Spanish teacher from Málaga, Spain. I currently work at an IB international school in Málaga, where I teach students aged 13–18. Alongside my work at the school, I also teach Spanish online.
I have been teaching Spanish for more than six years, and throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work at different schools in Poland as well as on various online teaching platforms. At the moment, I also collaborate online with a highly respected Spanish language school in Warsaw.
In addition to my teaching experience, I am a certified DELE examiner accredited by the Instituto Cervantes. I also help students prepare for the DELE exams and achieve their official Spanish certification.
My connection with Poland is not only professional but also very personal. I completed both of my Erasmus exchanges there and later started my career as a Spanish teacher in Kraków. I still collaborate with Spanish language schools in Warsaw, so Poland continues to be an important part of both my personal and professional life.
Although Polish is not my native language, I am currently learning it and doing my best to improve. I have an A1 certificate and can already say a few words, but my goal is to reach a level where understanding and speaking Polish is no longer a major challenge for me.
There is also a very special reason why I would like to improve my Polish: I have a niece who was just born, and I would love to be able to speak Polish with her as she grows up. I think that would be a wonderful way to strengthen my connection with her and with Poland.
I genuinely love the country, so I am always happy to have an opportunity to visit and enjoy its climate, cuisine, and, of course, its people.
